Thank you for your interest in joining our community of investors and benefitting from passive cash flow and equity growth. Icon Heritage Fund 1 is a 506(b) fund targeting value-add multifamily assets.

The fund is open to an unlimited number of accredited investors and up to 35 non-accredited investors. As a 506(b) fund, the SEC has certain guidelines that we must follow in order to accept investors into the fund. Accredited investors will have access to all of our offerings. Sophisticated investors with established relationships with us will have access to some but not all the projects.
